CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
HOT YOGA STUDIO
HOT YOGA FLOW
Incorporating functional movement and locomotion into a seamless flow. This practice focuses on strength building, balance, and increased mobility by weaving a series of practical movement sequences that help build a body that can move with ease on and off the mat.
VINYASA YOGA
An enthusiastic and powerful practice containing postures that are strung together with the intention to seamlessly move from one to another. You will be guided through the foundations of power yoga, various forms of breath work, and modifications to soften or increase the intensity of each pose.
SLOW FLOW & MEDITATION
This class is broken up into 2 sections. First, a 20-25 minute Yin series. Yin yoga is a peaceful practice of postures that are geared towards the pelvis, hips, and spine. Postures are held for longer periods of time and intend to alleviate stress or tension held in the body. Second, a 20-25 minute meditation practice. A guided meditation will connect the student to their vital life force, Prana, our breath. Through meditation, we will calm the mind and access space in our hearts as the breathing exercises nourish the brain and bring vibrancy to our souls.
STUDIO X
YOGALATES
The blend of Pilates and yoga that draws awareness of stability to our joints and strengthens all major muscle groups.
Yogalates will enhance flexibility, stabilize the core, and promote high energy.
BODY WEIGHT HIIT
This class will consist of exercises that train muscles to produce power, including dynamic movements that do not require the use of weights. We use our body as our dumbbell as we move through powerful aerobic exercises.
AEROBIC KICKBOXING
A total body conditioning class designed to develop strength and muscular endurance, while sculpting your entire body.
Bring your energy and motivation, for this class will be sure to leave you feeling sore and energized.
PILATES REFORMER STUDIO
PILATES REFORMER
Pilates Reformer is an excellent option for beginners or those interested in delving deep into the fundamentals of optimal movement. A balanced workout that challenges ow to use your core in relation to the resistance provided by the reformer machine.
Build on key principles of core control, fluid motion, and coordination.

Spin eXpress is a complete riding experience designed to improve cardiovascular conditioning. Train like a true cyclist with the innovative Technogym tracking system, creating a totally immersive and inspirational riding experience.
HIIT STUDIO
HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training will challenge the body while moving through three levels of movement, endurance, strength, and plyometrics.
HIIT combines strength training, core work, and cardio intervals to increase lean muscle mass, burn calories fast, and boost metabolism.
ATHLETIC CONDITIONING
High intensity fitness class inspired by the fundamental movements of sport and athletics. This class will encourage mobility, reaction time, and agility as you develop strength, explosiveness and muscular endurance.
TENNIS CONDITIONING
Tennis Conditioning is a tennis specific strength and conditioning class. This class emphasizes major muscle groups and movement patterns that correlate with on court performance.
You can expect a focus on coordination, core stability, footwork, and power. ACE will regularly incorporate fundamental elements of tennis such as reaction time, control, and endurance.
