WHAT TO EXPECT FROM MY CLASS

My classes are nurturing, inspiring, and reasonably challenging, with proper relaxation at the end. My hands-on approach inspires people to better themselves and connect to their internal states.

WHY I GOT INTO FITNESS

I am an E-RYT in the Hatha practice, but am inspired and influenced by many different yoga schools including Iyengar, Ashtanga and Vinyasa. 

My yoga journey began in 2007, and it became an instant passion, helping me through many life challenges. I believe that asana practice, pranayama and meditation not only make us flexible and fit, but help in dealing with chronic physical conditions, as well as in reducing the effects of emotional issues such as anxiety, and chronic stress.
