WHAT TO EXPECT FROM MY CLASS
I don't hesitate to mix things up to suit the unique fitness levels of my class participants. I also love working out to rock, so I try to throw in a class here and there!
WHY I GOT INTO FITNESS
After coming in LAST at a cross-country tournament in grade 6, I dedicated my entire summer to learning how to run. My parents were into fitness, so I had some great role models to get me started. I gradually built up my endurance and placed 7th the following year. At such a young age, I learned that hard work truly paid off, and from that point on I was hooked. I wanted to help other reach their goals too, so I signed up for an aerobics course as soon as I turned 16. Since then, my passion for fitness has never stopped growing!
IF I'M NOT IN THE STUDIO, YOU CAN FIND ME...
You'll find me running along the Lakeshore, lifting in the gym or reading on my balcony.
I took a solo trip to Costa Rica to learn how to surf. By the end, I was catching waves on my own!
