PLAY CENTRE POLICIES

• Play Centre hours are subject to change based on Member demand and hotel occupancy

• Age range: 3 months - 11 years of age

​​

• Parents/Guardians are welcome to stay in the 10XTO Play Centre with their child, however, the respective fee will be charged for the length of stay

​​

• Parents must remain on property at all times - no less than 15 minutes away from the Play Centre

​​

• Snacks are welcome, but must be NUT FREE

​​

• All parents/guardians must be Members of 10XTO or a registered guest of Hotel X Toronto, unless otherwise approved by Management, to drop off/pick up children at the Play Centre

​​

• Drop off is for a maximum of 3 hours

​​

• Children above the age of 6 will be required to wear a mask at all times in the Play Centre

​​

• Any and all allergies should be shared with the Play Centre staff upon drop off

​​

• 10XTO reserves the right to refuse a child based on behaviour/conduct
