WHY I GOT INTO FITNESS
I've always been into fitness in one form or another. When I was younger, it was gymnastics and then running. When I found yoga and Pilates I found a "forever practice" where I could continue to grow and heal my body, mind and soul. The older I got, the more I wanted out of my physical practice, not just a physical challenge, but deeper healing and that is what I found in yoga and pilates.
