Fitness had always been an interest of mine as I always enjoyed playing sports and being active throughout my school years. Shortly after graduating I started competitive Muay Thai which has sparked my interest in starting a career in fitness. Pushing my limits and seeing how my strength, endurance, and conditioning translates into sport and everyday life was revolutionary for me.
