WHY I GOT INTO FITNESS
I have always been an active and energetic fitness enthusiast, but I started my deep dive into the health and fitness journey back in 2016. I started training at a CrossFit gym and fell in love with intense workouts and explosive movements. From there, I made it my goal to try new fitness programs and to never say no to an opportunity. I started my yoga career in 2017 and since then have taught a wide variety of yoga/fitness style classes including vinyasa, hatha, slow flow yoga, yin, restorative, sculpt and tone, Hot HIIT Pilates, aerial yoga, and full body/HIIT workouts at numerous studios around the GTA.
