WHY I GOT INTO FITNESS
I have always been incredibly passionate about movement and truly embracing it as a source of medicine in my life. I was a competitive dancer growing up and an avid runner and snowboarder.
Fitness is about loving yourself and moving with intention - I can only hope to share this with as many people as possible.
